If It Happens When We Are Closed
- Closed door: leave it closed. It is stable.
- Open door that will not close: try holding the wall button down continuously. If the opener is working and the sensors are the fault, this usually closes it.
- Open door with a broken spring or cable: do not pull the red release; the door can fall. Lock the inner door and move valuables out of sight.
